Woodland Wellbeing Group (Thursdays) & Women for Wellbeing

We support people's well-being through human connection & nature connection in the Scottish Borders.

Our current projects (16+):
Woodland Wellbeing Group (Thursdays) - If you are looking for social & nature connection, want to improve your wellbeing while carrying out purposeful tasks in the outdoors & are interested in learning new skills, then this weekly programme may be for you.

Women for Wellbeing - We have been funded to provide 3 programmes which will give women in the Scottish Borders, skills, knowledge & tools to support their own wellbeing. The three, ten-week courses will be in Spring 2023, Autumn 2023 & Spring 2024. More info on the Women for wellbeing page on our website

There is no charge to attend this programme.
