Last updated: 04/11/2025

Our services are for women and non-binary people living with (or who suspect they have) ADHD, in the Scottish Highlands.

Throughout the year, we hold Dopamine Discussions, which allow us to deep dive into specific topics, often with the support of a professional. Our Dopamine Discussion events take place in person and online and are delivered at a cost of £5 to allow us to raise funds to cover the running costs.

Before you attend our sessions, we ask that you book in. This helps us have a rough idea on numbers, so we can ensure we have the appropriate space and facilities. It also helps us to understand what events you enjoy seeing from us!We are accepting of all disabilities, visible and invisible.

If you require any adaptations, please get in touch!
