Wellbeing Skill

Wellbeing Works is the new brand for what was Dundee Association for Mental Health. We have been providing mental health support for people who face severe and/or enduring mental health challenges in Dundee for more than 50 years.

We provide a range of projects and services to help support individuals towards recovery and better mental health. We support people on a one to one basis and in groups and offer participants the opportunity to set personal goals and objectives that will help them to move towards better mental health and wellbeing, and to engage with their own communities.
