We provide free, confidential, information, support and advocacy to anyone (age 11 and over) affected by any form of sexual violence. We can support you whether you experienced sexual violence recently or a long time ago, and whether or not you reported it to the police.

We respect the courage and strength it takes for you to speak out about your experience of sexual violence, and the bravery often needed to begin to acknowledge what happened. You don’t have to tell us what happened, for some the focus can be on safety and coping in the here and now.

You can contact us directly by calling, texting or emailing us. Let us know a safe way for us to get back in touch with you. Calls from us will be from a withheld number.
