Listen Well Scotland provides a full Listening Training programme in active empowering listening for adults and young people. Adult courses from Introductory to Advanced, offering a blended approach, are CPD Accredited.
Our Training Programme, offering the transferable life skill of active listening and our 1:1 Listening Service - Listening Time4U - are designed as prevention and early intervention services for mental health and wellbeing.
