Our Tuesday Walk Talk Feed Group meets at the Falkirk Stadium with registration at 10.15 and walking by 10.30am.

We walk around the Helix before heading into the stadium for refreshments . The group is free to attend. Older siblings are always welcome to attend.

Support is provided by trained peer supporters. You

don't have to have a question or require support, you can just pop along for a

social chat too. If you do need support our volunteers are there to listen and

support you. We also have our 1:1 phone support available too, click on the
