24-hour Care

With our 24-hour care at home, you will be supported by two carers who exchange shifts. This means you will have access to one-to-one support from our professional carers at all times. Each carer will receive a much-needed break, whilst ensuring there is always someone there to look after your needs. 

Our 24-hour care service ensures that people living with complex conditions can live a fulfilling life and maintain their lifestyle choices, despite any limitations from their medical condition. The complex conditions we care for include, but are not limited to:

• Degenerative conditions – like Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis (MS)
• Dementia care – early stage and advanced stage
• Cancer care
• Stroke care
• Palliative care and end-of-life care
• Post-operative health care
• Respiratory conditions – like COPD
• Congenital disease
• Mobility and frailty concerns
