Sheltered Housing

Last updated: 05/09/2025

Trust's Sheltered Housing service is designed specifically with older people in mind and is available for anyone over the age of 60, or younger applicants with housing support needs.

Sheltered housing is designed to support customers to continue to live as independently as possible with housing support, while living in a friendly community of like minded individuals and having the peace of mind that comes with knowing you have a full time Coordinator on-site to support you with claiming welfare benefits, filling in forms, connecting with other services and keeping you feeling safe and secure. They're also responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our buildings and carry out regular health and safety checks to give our customers peace of mind.

Our lounges offer customers spaces to meet, to socialise and make use of shared facilities.
