We work in partnership with organisations, community groups and local people to deliver Mental Health Improvement and Suicide Prevention work across the Scottish Borders. Our work includes:

  • The Creating Hope Awards
  • Ways to Be Well resources for self-help and signposting for good mental health and wellbeing
  • Training including ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
  • After A Suicide Working Group
  • Resources to support suicide prevention including being 'Suicide ALERT', managing suicidal thoughts and support for people bereaved by suicide
  • Monthly Mental Health and Wellbeing Information Stations at the What Matters Hubs
