What we do:
* Actively seek out and provide support to anyone who is rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping
* Advocate for people when accessing accommodation
* Help people to return home whether this is in Glasgow or further afield
* Connect people to long-term support including addictions, physical / mental health
* Help people to access emergency food and clothing
* Maintain a map of rough sleeping sites across the city
* Provide a mobile needle exchange and harm reduction advice
