A low level, early intervention support service for children and young people aged 10-25 years old.
The service will focus on normalising thoughts and feelings as well as offering a listening ear, reassurance, coping mechanisms and hands on practical support such as helping individuals attend events, and appointments, and accessing public transport and public spaces, for example.
We offer one to one support for children and young people who may be living with/caring for someone with mental health problems.
Well Youth also works within schools, to deliver workshops tailored to individual group needs.
