Ailsa Response Care Assistants provide a wide range of support within care homes, always tailored to the individual’s needs and the setting’s requirements. While activities may vary depending on the facility and care plan, support can include:

• Assistance with morning routines
• Help with dressing and personal care, such as washing or grooming
• Meal preparation and support with eating
• Light housekeeping tasks where appropriate
• Support with organising personal belongings
• Creating a calm, supportive environment through conversation and companionship
• Evening routines and preparation for rest

Our care plans are flexible and regularly reviewed to ensure we continue to meet the individual’s needs with dignity, consistency, and respect.

We offer highly competitive rates for our high quality Care Assistants, starting at £24.19 per hour for a dayshift.
