Considering if you are autistic and going through the diagnosis or identification process (whether that's a clinical diagnosis, or self-identification) can be a long, difficult and confusing time and it can be hard to find relevant resources and information.

This repeated monthly group is a safe space to explore, ask questions and meet other women and non-binary people at a similar point in their journey.

This group will be a safe space for you to come along, explore more about your autistic identity, ask questions, or just listen.

SWAN is an organisation led by autistic women, girls and non-binary people for the benefit of autistic women, girls and non-binary people. We provide opportunities to connect with and learn from one another through information sharing, peer support and mentoring.
