Create and Connect

A Coatbridge based therapeutic arts programme for adults adversely affected by disability, mental ill health, long term conditions, social isolation, and unpaid caring roles.  

Delivered by a team of therapeutic arts specialists who provide work with Visual Art, Drama, Dance, Film and Photography using art techniques chosen for their therapeutic effect.

Programmes Offered

  • Introductory Therapeutic Arts Support Programme 6 weeks

Therapeutic Arts support; designed for people new to our therapeutic arts approaches or for people who would benefit from this level of support.

  • Therapeutic Skills Boost 1 or 2 full day

Immersive therapeutic arts events delivered over 1 or 2 full days. Designed to develop skills, refresh techniques and build confidence.

  • Supported Transitions

Supporting participants to progress wider community based opportunities or wellbeing services.
