There are so many different online tools, applications and services available for health and wellbeing. So, Discover Digital raises awareness of the trusted ones and helps people to understand and navigate these.
If you are looking for an introduction to using digital for health and wellbeing. For example, information on a mobile application for stress or tools for carers. The Discover Digital Guide is a free online resource available on our website.
If you are interested in online learning. We have an Open Badge and an Open University Course. Both resources are based on the Discover Digital Guide.
The project also runs free roadshows and workshops which are aimed at increasing the skills and confidence of communities and staff on digital health and wellbeing.
