Living Life is appointment-based telephone support based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a type of ‘talking therapy’.
Talking therapies can help you identify unhelpful ways of thinking and learn new ways of coping. Through Living Life you will be offered a series of telephone appointments with a Self-help Coach or Therapist, who will talk you through specific materials and workbooks.
Living Life is available to anyone over the age of 16 experiencing:
low mood
mild to moderate depression
symptoms of anxiety
a combination of these symptoms.
When you first phone Living Life you will be sent a short questionnaire to ensure the service is best suited to your needs. Following an assessment appointment, you will be offered a series of telephone support sessions with a Self-help Coach or Therapist.
