Key To Potential is an early intervention programme for young people coming up to their school leaving age. The project aims to increase the number of young people leaving school with a positive destination.

We work with pupils who may be disengaging with school for various reasons. Many of our previous pupils have been non-attenders.

After six months’ keywork the young people we work with will, in most cases, have left school and reached a positive destination such as college, training or employment. Some young people will then be paired with a Key to Potential Volunteer Mentor to help them sustain college, training or employment for at least another six months.
