BCASS provides support, advice, and guidance to help you reconnect with your wider community. If you are experiencing symptoms of cognitive impairment, or have recently been diagnosed with a neurological condition, brain injury, or dementia, you are not alone.

We deliver: Weekly drop-ins, Peer-support and befriending services, One to one inclusion support, Monthly Specialist workshops and Weekly group activities.
