Parent Carers Group

This group is open to all parent carers with children up to the age of 18. The group offers the opportunity for carers to come and have a coffee and a chat while meeting with other parent carers to share information and obtain peer support.

These groups are run by our Project Worker, Aprilanne, who was previously a parent carer. There will also be regular wellbeing sessions provided free of charge, such as mindfulness and pamper sessions.

We meet every second Friday, 12.30 - 2.00 pm. Free to attend, refreshments provided. Contact us to book.
