Coldingham Brave Bayers CIC supports individuals of all backgrounds and abilities to improve their wellbeing in an all inclusive and supportive environment. Our programmes/ sessions include: Guided Wild Swimming Sessions (individual or group) for all experience levels.

Seasonal Wellbeing combining wild swimming and nature connection.

Swims for Inclusion supporting those with financial barriers to participation

Water safety and acclimatisation

Equipment use and technique guidance

Reading weather and water conditions

Environmental awareness and wildlife information

Tow float loan and insurance included

All of our coaching is led by STA Level 2 Open Water Swim Coaches with lived experience, mental health awareness training and first aid qualifications.

Join us at Coldingham Bay for coastal waters, or within the Scottish Borders for inland waters to reconnect with nature, build confidence, and experience the wellness benefits of cold water and community.
