RAMH are using nutrition and cooking as their channel for providing learning in numeracy by considering the many opportunities presented:​

• recipes​
• shopping ​
• discounts​
• balanced diet ​
• food labels ​
• and many more​

By choosing nutrition we are able to deliver health and well being information simultaneously with considering the important role of numbers and how to use them to our advantage to improve our well being​.

The courses are delivered in person, in informal learning environments under the umbrella of our employability services. ​
