Royston Food Hub is part of North Glasgow Community Food Initiative.

Our Young Planters group offers family gardening and outdoor play for 5-12 year olds on Thursdays, 3:15 – 4:30pm, February – November at Germiston Allotments.

From sowing seeds to harvesting crops, we show young people the ropes and let them enjoy the process of gardening. The young planters are also kept busy with tasting new things, nature crafts and wild play.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. While this club is designed for primary aged children younger siblings are welcome too, just let us know in advance. If you would like to attend, please email our community gardener.
