The Forres Ki Society is a member of Highland Ki Societies.

There are regular training classes in Forres on Thursday nights at 18:30 and at other times by invitation.

There is a Wednesday class that alternates between Inverness and Alness.

There is also a Saturday class in Forres that teaches Ki Aikido.
