RAMH Adult Counselling Service offers six one-to-one sessions for adults 16+ in Renfrewshire. Sessions can take place face-to-face in our central Paisley office, by phone, or by video.Counselling can help with:Stress, anxiety or low mood

  • Loss or bereavement
  • Relationship or work difficulties
  • Feeling overwhelmed or stuck

Our counsellors provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore your feelings, and find ways forward that work for you.
