A programme for those who are unemployed or economically inactive who wish to move to employment. Positive Moves provides a range of customised supports based on one-to-one key working.

For all residents of Clacks who are 16 to 67 and not in full-time employment or education. Principally those who are economically inactive or unemployed and are looking to secure employment.

The programme, delivered in partnership with Clacks Works (of Clacks Council) is delivered through a one-to-one key working approach to provide customised support as well as a range of workshops, and training courses (vocational, accredited and SVQs). The programme helps to bring together a range of supports available to suit the needs of the individual.


The programme is customised to the needs of the individual and is available during working hours, entirely voluntary and encourages progression to employment or education while always available as required.
