The Strength & Balance exercise class takes place weekly on Tuesdays, 10am - 11am at the Masonic Hall, Charlestown Road, Aboyne.

This exercise class supports people with mobility challenges who are living with conditions affecting the joints, bones, and muscles to increase strength and balance and reduce the risk of falls. 

The class is suitable for a range of abilities.

Our specialist exercise instructor can modify the exercises to your individual

needs.

No referral needed as individuals can self-refer.

Please email info@gcra.org.uk to request a new member pack to join the class.

First class is FREE, then £5 per class pay as you go.
