The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is the only UK patient organisation supporting those affected by Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) as well as Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA).

Due to our targeted focus on RA and JIA, we provide truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate, provide resources to and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions.

Our freephone Helpline is open from 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. We are here to support you on every step of your journey with RA/AJIA. We offer information and emotional support for people with RA, their family, friends and colleagues.  Our highly-trained team, some of whom have experience of living with the RA/AJIA, provide up to date information, emotional support, discuss the impacts RA has on employment and relationships and help people understand more about the disease and the treatments available.
