LGBT+ Awareness Training

Four Pillars’ LGBT+ Awareness Training is all about challenging what ‘normal’ means to you. Learn the basics of charities like Four Pillars and how we support the community. In this 2-hour session, you will receive an introduction to LGBT+ terminology with no prior knowledge assumed, understand the forms that LGBT+ discrimination can take (including unconscious bias and microaggressions), and learn practical steps you can take to make every environment you’re in a more inclusive one. This is an introductory session to our 4 hour CPD certified training session.
