PANDAS (Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Strep)
PANS and PANDAS are medical conditions that affect children's and young people’s physical and mental health following common infections like strep throat, COVID-19, chickenpox, or flu.
- We provide information and resources to help inform and support families and individuals about the diagnosis of PANS and PANDAS, healthcare, managing symptoms and educational support.
- We offer opportunities for those affected to connect with each other for peer support.
- We build relationships with healthcare and education professionals to increase understanding, empathy and support of those affected by PANS and PANDAS.
- We strive for systemic change to ensure excellent, effective and equitable treatment for everyone affected by PANS or PANDAS.
