To be able to register (via email), any abuse or neglect you experienced must have taken place within a care setting and be 18+ now. This includes:

Living in residential or foster care, boarding school, having a long-term stay in a hospital or spending time in a Young Offenders’ Institution.
It doesn’t matter if the abuse or neglect has been reported to the authorities (such as the police), there are current or past criminal or civil proceedings taking place, you have previously accessed other services, and you are currently receiving benefits.

And it doesn’t matter where you live now – even if you no longer live in Scotland, you might still be able to access support from Future Pathways.
