Moray Resource Centre Day Service

Last updated: 02/10/2025

Moray Resource Centre in Elgin reopened in November 2021 following the suspension of services due to the Covid pandemic.

The building provides a welcoming, safe and stimulating environment for the provision of a day service for vulnerable adults living in west Moray whose health and wellbeing outcomes can best be met through a building-based day opportunity.

In response to increased demand for day care, the service has been extended and now operates five days a week, Monday to Friday.

The service has a focus on reducing loneliness and social isolation in older people who benefit from staff support to socialise, take part in activities and for their personal care needs.

The day service also provides unpaid carers with the opportunity to take a break from their caring role.

After a conversation with a Social Worker, you and your family may decide that attending a day service would help you to have a good day.For more information, please get in touch with the Access Care Team.
