Adult Drop In Football Sessions (Aberdeen)

Last updated: 12/06/2025

Our football programmes are in place to help socially excluded men and women across Scotland feel better about themselves and their future. We believe that football is a great tool for connecting with one another, breaking down barriers and making positive changes.

People’s circumstances are often complex, but helping them is not. We know being part of a team can give players a sense of belonging, build confidence, encourage friendships and improve wellbeing. And we believe these are the best goals you can ever have in life.

Our programmes offer our players purpose, relationships and a connection to other support services and opportunities.

Our free weekly matches give them a chance to meet new people, get fit and feel good about themselves. They don’t need any experience or kit to join in, they can just turn up and play.

Many of our staff can give first-hand advice on housing, mental health support and employment options.
