Mike Briggs is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and runs regular Hatha yoga sessions in Stornoway (on the Isle of Lewis) and on the Isle of Harris.
He also provides one-to-one or small group private tuition either at your home or in the studio at Bunabhainneadar. Private sessions cost £45 per hour for up to four people. Six one-hour sessions are £236.
