SQA Improving Wellbeing

The course will cover a variety of sessions including, what is wellbeing, self esteem, personal development, nutrition stress and sleep.
Over the duration of the course, there will be an introduction to goal setting and support to plan actions and time frames to complete these.
There will be a weekly completion of logbook tasks and will include group discussions, individual activity (quizzes, workbook), some mindfulness and meditation exercises.
