The HOPE Project is a free service for people over 55 years old living in the Dundee area. The service is open to people who own their own homes as well as people who rent.
HOPE's main aim is to help older people feel less lonely and isolated by encouraging participation in local groups and activities as well as providing advice and support on a range of issues.
We also make referrals for support and services to help keep people safe, well, active and independent. Such as:
• Welfare/benefit checks
• Helping you look at other housing options if you feel you need to move
• Occupational therapy aids and adaptations to help you live at home independently
• Connecting you to activities or events in your area
• Community alarm
• Meal service/Food train
