Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is one of the most recommended treatments for depression and a range of anxiety issues such as social anxiety, generalised anxiety and OCD. If you are not sure if CBT is for you, feel free to get in touch to discuss what you want to work on. There is no charge for this consultation. If you decide to go ahead, I recommend initially starting with 6 sessions which will be continuously reviewed.10 Problems CBT is Recommended For:

EMDR is suitable for processing past distressing memories. The processing of these memories can result in significant reduction of anxiety.
