Support Groups

We offer support via groups tailored for those people with mild to moderate mental ill health, for people struggling with issues concerning their own mental health or as a direct result of someone else's mental ill health and a specific group for people who have lost someone to suicide.

We also offer men's groups and women only groups. We offer a listening ear in a safe space. We offer supportive, reliable relationships through volunteer befrienders to people who would otherwise be socially isolated. 1-2-1 support provides confidential support and reassurance with practical and emotional help.
