Delivered by: Pain Association Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last reviewed: 11/05/2023

All our meetings are currently taking place online via Zoom for the rest of the year. We are hoping January for face to face. Please contact us if you wish to wait for face to face so we can add you to our list.
What you will find when you walk through the door:-

*Your pain will be believed
*We do not offer a cure – we do offer the opportunity to learn how to manage your pain
*The group offers you the chance to meet others living with chronic pain and to share experiences and strategies.
*Any activity is at your own pace because each person’s experience of pain is their own.

You do not need a referral from your doctor or other health/ social welfare professional. Simply come along and you will be made to feel welcome.
