Torry Health Matters - connecting the dots from the ground up
Torry Health Matters Network was established is January 2024 to strengthen working relationships and increase communication between services, organisations, and community members to specifically focus on the health and wellbeing of the Torry community.
The networks aims are
- To provide an opportunity for people meet on a regular basis to develop positive working relationships and understand each other roles and services provided.
- Increase communication and awareness between services, organisations, and community members.
- To collectively understand the health demography and community assets in Torry by undertaking a Community Led Health Assessment and use this understanding and data to help identify, engage and empower community members to be support their own health and wellbeing needs.
- To listen to and be directed by people’s priorities in their community
