Perth and Kinross Housing and Support Service

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: Turning Point Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 05/09/2025

Turning Point Scotland’s Perth and Kinross Housing and Support Service provides support to adults with varying needs within their own homes.

The service aims to enable individuals to develop the skills required in order to independently maintain and sustain their tenancies. We cover the whole of Perthshire and work in partnership with two other providers who cover Perth city and the South area and Perth city and the North area. The service uses an outcomes focused approach working with individuals for approximately 6-9 months to achieve mutually agreed outcomes and ultimately preventing homelessness. Turning Point Scotland’s vision is that everyone has a safe place to call home which should contribute to a sense of belonging, not just within a tenancy but in their community.
