Bipolar Scotland offers a number of training courses aimed at helping people feel better able to self-manage the symptoms of living with bipolar. These courses are exclusively available to members of Bipolar Scotland, and free for members to attend.

Virtual

Courses take place in person but an online Self-Management Lite Training course is also available for people who are worried about the intensity of attending the full two-day in-person course. This Lite course is adapted from our full self-management training, and has been condensed to be delivered across four two-hour online sessions.
