We are open to anyone in the community with some great travel access to the hospital via bus routes and car access. We usually meet at Afton House at 2pm on Mondays and currently go on until 4pm. Booking is essential! Please phone Senior Project Officer on number provided.

Green Gyms are designed to allow you to get lean without the lycra in your outdoor setting. Surround yourself with nature and reap the health and wellbeing benefits that this has to offer! Contribute to looking after the local greenspace and the local greenspace will look after you.

We run a variety of different activities which will connect you with the surrounding natural environment through the following:

- Health walks (Improves fitness and mental health)
- Mindfulness activities (Helps to reduce anxiety)
- Citizen Science (Plant/Bird/Tree ID)
- DIY Natural Crafts (Walking Sticks/Upcycling Crafts)
- Horticulture/Gardening/Food Growing
- Small-scale construction (Bird Boxes/Shelter-making)

We assist individuals who are dealing with social isolation and individuals looking for a social activity to get involved within group activities aimed at improving their health and wellbeing.
