A Centre for the teaching, learning and practice of mindfulness meditation and mindful living in the Buddhist tradition.

Based in Westhill Aberdeenshire but reaches out across the City and Shire. At the centre, there is traditional daily morning and evening chanting and meditation as well as Wednesday evening guidance and practice for beginners/returners to meditation practice.

The Centre collaborates with NHS Grampian to run Mindfulness Mondays at the Health Village, Aberdeen every last Monday of the month as well as working with other voluntary & educational organisations across the region. We typically offer three/four short courses every year.

Our focus is to help everyone find a way to live a calm and peaceful life, using mindfulness meditation as the skill and mindful living as the way.
