Southside Older People's Services

Last updated: 05/08/2025

We have two residential care services: Bankhall Court, for older people living with dementia, and Annandale St, for older people experiencing mental health issues.

Bankhall Court provides care for 17 adults over 50. Each room is en-suite and residents are given their own key fob, to encourage independency. They can also use the communal garden, courtyard, dining, activity and quiet spaces. If you or someone you know would like to move here, you can contact us directly. Alternatively your family / GP / Community Psychiatric Nurse can make a request to your local Social Work Office.

Annandale St offers accommodation to 8 adults over 50. Each room has it’s own en-suite toilet. There is also a sheltered courtyard, smoking area and shower rooms. If you or someone you know would like to move here you will need your GP / Community Psychiatric Nurse to contact your local Social Work office. From there you will be allocated a Care Manager to ensure that Annandale St will meet your needs.
