Care at Home Team provides Outcome-Focused, Person-Centered care and support, Tailored to the Individual enabling them to enjoy an Independent Life in the comfort of their Own Home and around those They Love the Most.

Day Care Social Hubs, we have three hubs that provide a Safe and Stimulating Environment to Socialise and Participate as you require, in a variety of activities. Support can be accommodated for all adults over 16 years, we support those with Additional or Specialist Needs and older adults; all support is tailored to their outcomes. Each hub offers something different and all provide Small Groups, Comfortable and Cheerful settings, with Supportive and Friendly staff.

24/7 Care and Support in four locations across Stranraer. These are individuals own homes and we support them to live independently and maintain their tenancy.

Support Services, both our older adult and adult teams can support individuals to access their and be part of their local and wider community
