Unity Works provides tailored employment support for adults and young people across the West of Scotland experiencing barriers towards progression, and who are looking to find suitable training, education, voluntary work or paid employment.
Participants are supported to gain recognised qualifications relevant to their own goals and abilities, to develop vocational skills, and to take clear steps towards suitable and sustainable positive outcomes. Unity ensures that all participants receive person-centred training and are supported to progress in an effective and efficient manner.
Unity Works supports participants through 5 progression stages towards their goals. Staff will work with you to develop an individual action plan, helping you to work towards your vocational goals, and supporting you to find suitable paid or voluntary employment, training or further education.
