Trust's Housing with Care service combines tenancy, care and support services tailored to individual needs and is available for anyone over the age of 60, or younger applicants, with care & support needs.
Housing with Care is designed to deliver a similar service to Supported Housing with the addition of a larger team onsite who are also delivering personal care, typically from 8am-10pm (can vary locally) and they will deliver your personal care as assessed by Social Work. Some services may also benefit from having staff on duty overnight.
Our on-site team support with anything you need assistance with, including personal care, delicious and nutritious meals, claiming welfare benefits, filling in forms, connecting with services and keeping you safe and secure. They also maintain the safety and security of our buildings and carry out regular health and safety checks to give customers peace of mind.
Our lounges offer spaces to meet, to socialise and make use of shared facilities.
