Join our free baby massage sessions, open to families with babies from 6 weeks old to crawling. These sessions are held in 6-week blocks across various communities in Scotland, providing a warm and welcoming environment for you and your baby to connect and grow.
Our baby massage programme offers numerous benefits, including increased bone density, improved muscle movement and memory, and enhanced motor skills. Through gentle massage techniques, you’ll help your baby develop essential skills that support their overall growth and development.
In our sessions, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about your baby’s developmental milestones and how to support them. Our friendly and knowledgeable practitioners create a nurturing space where you can ask questions, share experiences, and build a supportive community with other families.
