Thrive in Nature

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: Nature Unlimited This is a Claimed organisation
Last reviewed: 20/03/2024

Thrive in Nature runs every Thursday from 10am – 2pm at Drygrange Community Woodland, near Earlston. Each session will include a wellbeing practice, such as mindful nature connection, breathing or meditation; community jobs, such as chopping firewood or cooking lunch; and a creative activity, such as crafting or green woodworking projects; as well as plenty of time to chat and connect and, of course, a nourishing lunch.

Thrive in Nature is for you if: You sometimes struggle with low mood, anxiety or stress; You could do with a weekly boost to your wellbeing; You’d like to connect with others in a therapeutic natural environment.

The atmosphere will be relaxed and informal – a safe space to have time out, to connect and to prioritise your wellbeing, so that you can thrive, not just survive.
