Space Station

Foundations in catering and hospitality: An eight-week course (one morning per week) with an additional employability session (optional). Includes knife skills, food hygiene, food preparation, barista coffees and customer service. Upon completion of the course, trainees are supported to progress to a training placement (in our community café or elsewhere). This is one of the most in need sectors for employment in Edinburgh at the moment and over half of our last intake went on to secure work in hospitality!
